The effect of drugs on a child is possible with the ingestion of medicine with breast milk during feeding. Many drugs in varying degrees, penetrate into the mother's milk. Therefore, without a prescription, in no case should you take nursing drugs!

This is especially true of antibiotics and sulfa drugs, because they can penetrate into the milk, have an adverse effect on the child's body: the liver and kidneys may suffer, the balance of intestinal microflora and the process of sexual development may be disturbed.

Women should avoid treatment with these drugs during breastfeeding.
